#47 Plant 100 Trees - The First

The first tree of the 100 I want to plant before I die.

Rachel on Mother's Day.

#50 Take a Cruise - Done!

When I got an invitation to go on a bachelorette cruise, I jumped at the chance.  Not only did it satisfy #50 on my list, but I got to know a friend better, make some new ones, and step outside my comfort zone.  After a panicked renewal of my passport, we were off to Canada on a bus.

View of the docks from the ship.
The cruise ship was ridiculously ornate, in a fun way.

Bench by elevator on each level.
Grand Staircase.

They changed the rugs in the elevators everyday.

In case you forgot your day of the week underwear.

The lunch was a decent buffet.  Dinner was absolutely delicious, but extremely tiny.  Good thing all the food was free.

Patricia and her 4 bite veggie dish.

The on-board activities ranged from lounging poolside to karaoke to basketball.

Hot tub!
Lounging poolside.
We've got mad basketball skills in our little dresses.
I had a hard time getting used to the rocking ship at night but overall it was a really fun experience.

I'm afraid I can't provide any more detail about the bachelorette activities.  What happens on the booze cruise, stays on the booze cruise.
